By 2012 we were managing projects for professional lot owners; in 2014 we became CORELOT; and in 2015 we built our first new home on a lot we found ourselves.
Today the same Class A license covers everything we do — residential and commercial building, home improvement, and project management — and every brand in the family works from the same playbook: straight talk, detailed work, and no pressure.
We take on projects at every scale. Since July 2025, a Virginia Class C contractor is limited to jobs under $30,000 and a Class B to jobs under $150,000 — only a Class A license has no cap (Va. Code § 54.1-1100). That's why one call to CORELOT covers a repair today and an addition next year.
